Job Description:
👉 You shall be assisting the General Manager on day to day basis which includes the following job:
1. Handling the correspondence from the desk of GM through the official email ID which includes checking, printing and responding to email.
2. Issuance of Inter office notes from the desk of the GM
3. Planning and handling travel of the GM, including visas, ticketing and hotel bookings

👉 Assisting in HR on day to day basis which includes the following job:
1. Handling passport of all the employees of the company
2. Processing and handling leaves of all the employees of the company
3.Ticketing for staff, after proper approval of the management.
4. Keeping track of visa and passport expiry of all the divisions of the company.
5. Liasoning with PRO for visa renewals.
6. Preparing Health card of new employees and their families with proper approval of the management.
7. Assisting in renewal of medical and group life insurance.
8. Any other responsibilities

🔸 Working Days: 5 Days/week
🔸 Working Hours: 9 hrs/day
